I prefer beef…I use the boneless stew meat cubes

i always use chicken breast or chicken tenders…never dries out and the flavor is amazing and always a hit.
i will try beef as khatti has mentioned next time

My dad taught my sister and I how to make haleem from scratch+the dabba, however we only use boneless beef chunks like khatti mentioned, but I will try the chicken too since most elders avoid beef due to chelestrol issues
Oh and we always use National quick haleem mix, my family prefers that over any other brand
