What i eat :
In the morning before going to schoool I drink Milk ,
At lunch around 11:45 I eat either a chicken patty, fries, or pizza. And with one of these things i ussually drink juice.
After i reach home i am ussually super duper hungry. I come home at around 3:30 and eat ussually what my mom cooks, Like “salan” , rice and stuff like that.
I dont get hungry for a while but around 8, i ussually eat a little snack, or eat a bit of what i ate after i came home from school.
Can someone give me a better diet?
I dont go to the gym or anything since its freezing outside, but at home i am STARTING to do some cardio workouts.
My cardio workouts will be something like this:
30 sit ups
jogging on the spot for several seconds
5-10 pushups ← i cant do pushups properly.
20-30 squats.
and maybe follow some aerobic moves for 10 mins.
Can anyone give me some more excersises and give me tips on how to make these more fun, so i dont get bored of it. Also, how long should i do my excersises for?
So basically i need a better diet, and better excersises and i also need every bit of tips from you guys, thanks ![]()
