Help me lose weight :) .

What i eat :
In the morning before going to schoool I drink Milk ,

At lunch around 11:45 I eat either a chicken patty, fries, or pizza. And with one of these things i ussually drink juice.

After i reach home i am ussually super duper hungry. I come home at around 3:30 and eat ussually what my mom cooks, Like “salan” , rice and stuff like that.

I dont get hungry for a while but around 8, i ussually eat a little snack, or eat a bit of what i ate after i came home from school.

Can someone give me a better diet?

I dont go to the gym or anything since its freezing outside, but at home i am STARTING to do some cardio workouts.
My cardio workouts will be something like this:

30 sit ups
jogging on the spot for several seconds
5-10 pushups ← i cant do pushups properly.
20-30 squats.
and maybe follow some aerobic moves for 10 mins.
Can anyone give me some more excersises and give me tips on how to make these more fun, so i dont get bored of it. Also, how long should i do my excersises for?

So basically i need a better diet, and better excersises and i also need every bit of tips from you guys, thanks :slight_smile:

You need to start cutting out the junk food like patties, pizza and fries and try eating a bit healthier, like salads, tuna sandwiches etc. The homecooked meal is fine, instead of dinner maybe you should break it up into two smaller snacks, it helps your metabolism. I don't really follow a diet, I just try to have smaller, more frequent meals.

As for cardio jogging is best. Either use a treadmill or take a jog in a park. Start off slow but you should aim to be doing at least 2 miles a day. If you live in Pakistan then no it is NOT freezing outside, there couldn't be a better time to go to the gym or the park because in the summers you get absolutely soaked with sweat. Along with squats and push ups you can do crunches at home. If you joined a gym you could also do some weight training depending on what your trainer recommends. Listen to music while working out, it keeps you motivated. Also you could try taking up a sport like tennis, squash, badminton or basketball or cycling, they're all good for burning calories.

you need to get a lot morehealthy foods like veges and fruits in your diet and cut out all that junk food like pizza and fast food or eat them in small amounts. there are so many recipes that are tasty low cal alternatives

mahika put apple in yr bag when u come back from schooleat in the way .when u come back home dont eat rice or salan take weight watchers bread in green ,yellow an blue packing. near 8 take u can take KELLYGS SPECIAL K or TOTAL ,s fromage fries .take skimmed or semmi skimmed milk in morning.cut off all junk dood dear .coke, pizza, fries and specially choclates.when u feel hungry can take JAFFA CAKE.u r teen ager so fruites r necessry for .swimming is free for u .even u can go with yr mom.its enough if u apply it.
