I’ve had a very stressful year and have been eating a lot of junk. I prevented ballooning by detoxing on the weekends and eating lots of fruit and veggies and gymming a few times a week.
My problem is I can’t cut down on my food intake - I need to eat proper meals else I feel like I’m going to die. I dont eat a lot of sugar and sweets. The other problem is that I cant gym 5 times a week as I’d like to because I am knackered at the end of the day, and either make it to the gym once or twice a week or on weekends.
I’m relatively fit but really need to tone, esp thighs and stomach.
Any pointers?
In the gym I do katabox, gymstick (weight training and cardio) but not as much running as I’d like to. I swim on occassion.
You cant reduce weight if u don't change current diet to a proper and healthy diet and eat less food. u will have to reduce intake and walk a lot. Walking is best thing. Can you believe, I reduced 10 kgs in a period of 4 months with 40 minutes walk early morning and again in the evening. First two weeks were killing with lots of pain in legs and body but then it got fine.
your answer lies in your question. You know you have been eating a lot of junk food.. you know u cant limit the amount of calories you eat daily.. and you know exactly what u need to do to lose that 2kgs..
1) say no to all junk foods including any soda/pops that ure kind of addicted to.
2) eat small portions of meals throughout the day , rather than eating 3 huge meals.
3) cardio.
instead of eating big meals eat little bitt every hour. steam vagetable and prepare fruit salad and leave it on table and take a piece as you walk pass.
try not to purchase Soft drink/junk food.........when you feel like do something different so you can avoid it.
I am trying something out and I already see results. My sister tonned up with this method and everyone was asking her what she did.
I am eating normal but try to eat lesser at evening best is just some soup or salad or just fruits, if you cant doesnt matter, u will still see some minor results.
Now you cook this tea 1 -2 liter water and boil it, put in some fresh ginger (cut in 5-6 medium size slices) and one or two cloves of garlic, I am also putting some snoouf and ileychi for the good taste. Boil for 10 minutes and cover it will a lid, then drink it all day long whenever you need water or feel hungry, finish the drink by the end of the day.
you won't die if you don't eat, unless you go for eating for literally weeks! did fasting not help to cut down your portions?! you can eat less in day if you can fast....so therefor you can cut down the amount you eat.
