History has always been my interest. I now want to read up on history of islamic theology. Plz help me in this, i request our shia friends to give me list a list of earlist shia theology books, if possible also place where i can buy an urdu or English print.
Early shia rijal books
Earliest shiite theology books such as those written by Shekh sudok, or mufid or if there were any people earlier than them who wrote on the subject.
Thank You
Note: Plz do not tell me about opinionated books of later scholars, coz thats not what i am looking for.

This work contains biographical reports on many early Shiites, including many of the historical followers of Ali. It often gives the later Imami Shiite perspective on these early figures.
Tustarī, Muhammad Taqī. Qāmūs al-rijāl.
This work by a 20th century author is a good compilation of the biographical reports found in a number of important early Shiite and non-Shiite works on the Shi`ite followers of all the Imams. .

Shiite heresiographies
These are works where Imami Shiite authors are concerned to discern the different religious perspectives in the Islamic community, but also especially within the Shiism as a general category of pro-Alid sentiment.
