I have a Sony Clio, it works well with all the pharmaecutical/medical programs. I really like 'Epocrates' its a great program used to determine drug properties & interactions. :)

for medical software
for example: uptodate, differencial diagnosis :)

Shireen, I have HP HX4700 considered to be very good PDA, I have Tom Tom, Excel, word, Internet on it and you can always add higher memory card I would suggest add more then 128MB, memory is very cheap now a days.

I will definately recommend that, only thing is make sure you wont any problems with medical software's on it, I personally don't think there would be a problem but please check.
