Which day is the 5th day of cycle if someone gets her periods on 17th(sat…at 1:00 am)?

Wednesday at 1 am is the start of the fifth day.

the day you start your cycle is Day 1 and you should therefore calculate from that day (including it )

So if you started it on the 17th , Day 5 is the 21st !

This is important when you schedule blood tests , or take the pill or other fertility drugs .
