Help in make up.

I hv small eyes. and use dark colour make more smaller or close. Help me in guiding while selectng soft colour or how i do eye make up to make it wider and gud???

Re: Help in make up.

To keep your eyes open make them look bigger you need to stick to lighter colors on the inside corners of your eyes. If you want to use a dark shade...make sure its at the very outer edge of your eye and not covering the entire lid.

Mascara helps a lot.

Flesh toned eyeliner in your waterline also helps.

Re: Help in make up.

I heard that brown eye liner makes your eyes look bigger, i have small eyes too and i use brown eye liner, it does help.

???????????

Re: Help in make up.

Light colors are whites, pearls, cream colors that would sit on the inner corners of your eyes.

Dark would be a contrasting color...any color that suits your skin tone but is darker than the inner corner. Purples, blues, teals, maroon, greens, etc.

Flesh toned eye liner is a pencil eye liner that matches or is close to the color of your skin.

Re: Help in make up.

Hey I would recommend using a white liner on ur water line n the use brown/black liner

Re: Help in make up.

White eye liner is what the flesh toned eye liner would be. I think white is a bit too harsh on desi skin tones...so unless you're really fair...I guess I wouldn't do it.

The brown eye liner trick helps too...lining around the eyes...with no dark liner in the waterline.

Re: Help in make up.

never line up the inner eyes/waterlines..they always make eyes look smaller! use any mascara which suits you..a lot of people have different opinions on mascara so you're just gonna have to experiment..maybe try light purple? this colour looks amazing on hazel/brown eyes! do flicks at the end maybe?

Re: Help in make up.

get the right colored eye liner - ask someone at a counter - and that would definitely help.

Re: Help in make up.

I'm no expert...but ligter colored eyeshadows and don't apply a thick line with your eyeliner...keep it thin and maype only line the upper lid.

Re: Help in make up.

When you line your lower lash line, use a soft brown eyeshadow and line just below your lash line and don;t go further than half your eye. Blend well afterwards.
