Egg and paratha everyday? NO , since you know it is a cold country, we have small houses , it’s better to take healthy food as we don’t move much especially when you are a house wife. If you keep taking paratha and egg, you 'll gain more weight.

Keep changing your breakfast everyday, don’t take the same thing , well I get bored if I eat same thing in my breakfast.

-Take cereals ,different type of cereals 3 times in a week.
-Boiled egg,a cup of tea.
-A cup of tea or milk with toast.
-Toast with your favorite Jam flavor / muffin.
-Flavored yoghurt or porridge.
-Tea with Croissant/ vanilla crown.
-Granola with milk/ Yoghurt.

You can add a piece of cake with tea some day or biscuits. This is what i could think of ,lol. There are so many items if you go to Tesco’s or Sainsbury’s bakery section.
