Also remember that instead of the knot on the duppatta, you can also choose to pleat one of the corners, tuck it into the lehenga and then pin it so that it doesnt move anywhere.

Yup that's right but the actual saree isn't even stitched either. You have to make the pleads while wearing it. Clumsy people (like me) get all the pleads stitched with a belt though, don't they :D

ohhhhh!!! its easy to make pleats :phati: dont get them stiched but i’m sure the above picture is a lehnga with the dupatta draped like they would a sari :chai:

Yeah its easy I know but I’d rather wear it in 5 minutes than 45 …so its better stitched. And as the video says, this is called a half saree. Showed the video to my tailor and will get the palu stitched with the skirt

You should try doing the pleats check out YouTube videos on how to make pleats in A sari and then keep practising :)
