I have heard Sara ali of transformation studios is good. A & A is best for videography. Photography: there r many. Garlends: nu trend is good and few home based.

her name is malika saba ali find her on facebook and see her work. she does it from her house, she has a studio there. its called Vogue Makeup by Malika Ali. Arazvi: does she charge for trial? how much and if you decide to go with her does she credit that twrds the package.
her packages are little pricy. are you getting airbrush or regular makeup?

I believe its like $60 for the trial and it does not credit towards the package. I am getting reg makeup with simple hair (just back combing with high bun since im having it up so i dont need any 'styling') i am paying $450 (this does not include mehndi). She does party makeup for cheaper and she also has package deals and offers for summer brides.

It is expensive, no doubt. But to be honest, compared to what else is offered the prices are not that different so i feel very comfortable paying this much. shes professionally trained and certified, shes done this for years, shes worked for mac, she only uses mac products and shes really really really creative, shes not those artists that you must guide every step of the way.
In houston i do know whats out there when it comes to this and there really isnt much. I know a lot of these "MUA" that 'freelance' and they just downright suck, i havent come across ONE that is half way decent. Ive worked for Aisha's salon for over 3 years and they offer crap. their makeup can be done by anyone and everyone that stands there, literally, its 'whatever you can find' products, and overcharged for not offering something professionally. To pay 350 for that, id rarther pay a hundred bucks more and go to someone thats a guarantee professional. I mean, yeah, a hundred buck is a hundred bucks, but its just sad when you think you are paying a professional and turns out them and their works is far fetched from professional :(

Oh and no, $550 is a typo I believe, bc she told me the guy that made her site made errors and hasnt changed them yet, so she left it up for people to get an idea of her work and stuff. Dont go by that completely, do call her and talk to her if you are considering her. Shes really cooperative.

how much does she charge for her mehandi? i saw her mehandi and she does great job.. my sister in law puts on beautiful mehandi and she does it for brides here in Houston area.. but i dont know if i should bother her to do it on me when i know she will be busy :(

Well the basics are included, makeup, hairstyle, jewlery/dupatta setting, and i honestly dont know her rates for mehndi. My cousin had her booked last year for the same price and she included mehndi in her package. i guess she changed her pkg and theres no mehndi included in 450 anymore. but i dont know for sure. do ask her about it. im getting my mehndi from the henna company, the girls name is soniya, you heard of her? are you getting married soon???
