Help! Help!

A professor of mine came back from Switzerland and because I had helped him out with a few pojects he brought me back this boz of very veyr expensive gourmet, hand-made swiss chocolates.

I kept it in my drawer for 5 months promising myself I would only open it when I hit my goal (in terms of weightloss) I’m almost approaching one of my goals but today I dunno..I was in the mood for chocolate..i promised myself only ONE piece…but alas..out of the 50 pieces in the box I;ve already had 15…okie the pieces are the size of a Malteaser..but omg 15…and I can’t seem to stop..and no I won’t share them coz they are absolutely yummy!!!

I just need to find a way to stop…I’m on my 16th piece as we speak!

Think of the calories, the fat, the icky yucky fat attaching itself to your tummy and making you look fat.
Think of the all the clothes that won't fit because of chocolate

Well I've stopped after puttin up the thread...the box is now back in the drawer and I promised to do an extra 30 mins of cardio everyday for the next week.

Ohh wht the heck ..one more won't hurt :D

Solar I tell you ordinary chocs dont tempt me..but these chocs even SMELL good..no kiddin..

But I;m bigger than that..okie so I splurged...it's okie...nothing a lil more exercise won;t get rid of!

my sweet spot is toblerone. I love the toblerone bars. . white chocolate with honey, milk chocolate with honey. . .
but i don't have any of those right now.
i swear if i ate as much as i wanted to i could prolly gain like ten pounds in two days.

10 extra sit ups are a breeze...lets see if I eat 50 pieces...so 50 times 10 is 500...no sweat I used to avg 300 everyday anyways...500 will take me about 15 mins...no sweat!!

i feel better already...

BTW i'm on my 26th piece :D

Incline of 8? whoa...

But i jog at 4.0 incline 2 for 30 mins...gives you fantastic thighs I tell you...been so sick this week I had to lay off for the last 8 days...

That's it...next 10 weeks I;m gonna go back to my sweet torture...then I get another new wardrobe :D
