I would choose baby pink. Bright pink would be too much. I'd post pics of my room, but my walls are white, so there's nothing much to see....sorry.

well i have combination of orange and hot pink.... but my walls are extremly light tea pink..... i have done so much painting when i was in the other house .... now i dont wana even touch the paint.... it doesnt give a professional touch...
i would suggest you to leave the paint alone but play with the interior ideas
i'll try to take a pic and upload it here but for that i have to clean my room :D

how about you make the base baby pink and maybe horizontal or vertical stripe with hot pink. You can make a pattern...

How about an accent wall? One very strong color and you can work the furnishings in the room according and around that color.

i painted my room over the summer last year and i colored it peach (and after it dried it looked pink) and i did the window and closet door trimming orange--- so my room is bright now- it used to b this dull grey color- it was so depressing- no wonder i cried alot in my room- lol haha jk - but yeh pink definaely bringhtens up the room -

I agree with P Squared about the accent wall. this is how my little girls' rooms are.
Light creamy paint, with one pink accent wall.... if you have an accent wall then you can go for a bright fuschia pink!
Painting a room a bright colour can be a risk, as you could get bored of it after a while, so go for the accent... less to paint over if you change your mind :)
Go crazy on the accessories and furnishings i say :)

No just do like the base of baby pink then maybe one or two horizontal stripe of hot pink (like 10-12 inches in thickness)... like few inches below the roof...
Or like some one else said you can do accent wall or maybe paint it all in baby pink and then accessorize with a combo of baby pink and hot pink...
