did u provide them with an alternative email add when u registered? if so just use the reset pwd option and they’ll send ur new pwd to this email. if not, well tough luck

you can easily find a computer hacker in the computer repair shops... ask around your neighborhood. :)

well just request a new password, give them an alternative address and they will send you a temporary password. This is what I did when I forgot my password and security question.

Open a new account - if everything fails. As a second thought stuff hotmail, use gmail or something decent.
