I need help finding a party dress that has sleeves! The dress can be either long or knee-length, but I need one that has some sort of sleeves (long or short). Everything I’ve seen so far is either tacky or ugly or overpriced. Please help!

I usually cover up with a shawl or a jacket, depending on the style of the dress. If it's a day dress then I usually just wear a long sleeved plain top or shirt underneath.
