hi all i need HELP in 2 things

  1. whenever i try to open command prompt window on my laptop it restarts the system…any idea wats causing this n how can i resolve it

  2. i also need a good java software for my laptop so that i can open java source files and edit them. i want any free ones

1) scan your computer with any good anti spyware software like ad-aware.

did you installed windows updates on you Laptop, if problem presists you can use command.com instead of cmd.exe.

command.com usually reside in your %systemPath%/system32
