How can anyone pass judgements before meeting you!! The guy's sisters might be beautiful.. but you are more beautiful from within and he likes that about you..
From what you described.. you have really put in hard work to make sure everything goes smooth.. once they know this.. why would it be awkward and weird?
I know sometimes its hard to ask when in such situations.. or even talk..but when time comes.. you gotta act... I just pray that their stay goes well... you are a good host taking such care :)

Yes keep updating us, I’m so happy that the planning is taking direction. You could get your FIL a shaving kit ( if he shaves) or perfume or sweater. You should give the gift for the son even if he’s not in pakistan.
