I’ve washed clothes many times but the colour never comes out. I always wash the whities separately & the Coloured separately.
Anyway, this week I had few clothes to wash so I thought I’d wash the 2-3 white ones with it since none of the clothes give out colour. BUT BUT one trouser gave out maroon colour & now all those whities are pink!
What do I do? Btw - I’m in London so Shop or brand names of products available here. Thanks

This works wonders for pre-treating white clothes.
I’ve gotten chocolate icecream and mud stains out of white jeans with Oxiclean.

I did that to my husbands white dress shirts once. Nothing could save them, even tried oxi clean .. did not help

I've done that, and OxiClean has worked! The trick is to let it soak overnight........that is why I did and then throw it in the washer. Worked like a charm.

Try bleach. Happened to me 11 years ago when someone else did my laundry and the white pillow cases are still pink!

Hey, this might be a bit late in response but use Dylon colour catcher in future in all washes. Guaranteed no colour runs. Also there is a Dylon colour run remover all found in the detergent aisle of any big supermarket. They normally recommend using this while the laundry items are damp though. All the best.

Sorry to hear that Daffy .. but puttar , your pink clothes have no hope . Oxi doesnt help when your entire cloth has gone pink !

Have you ever tried Vanish? It's a great product that can remove even the most difficult of stains.

take it to the dry cleaners...they will be able to help you...i'm sure about that because my nieces white shirts turned pink just like your and nothing worked so she took it to the dry cleaners and, voila! it was sparkling white as new! it cost her $ 9.99 :)

Omg same problem but cause was different...I have a white chicken suit with kaam on the neck and the dupatta is shaded in the colors of the kaam...and the red color from the duppata ran out and now is all over the front and back of the shirt in pink patches:S Its a desi kaam wala jora so cant even put it in the washing machine....Has anyone tried tide stain remover?
Another of my cream colored jeans have yellowish dots near the pocket..either its haldi or oil spash, not sure...urrgghhh....so annoying :(

Well so far I ended up buying some new more things since they were basics and kept the pink ones to use as pink stuff, girls like that colour anyway ;)
But I will get Oxyclean as well to fix them ..
