HELP: 2nd yr, Uni's in UK

Asalaam Alikum

I need some information about uni’s.

Are the any uni’s in UK (in the midlands or north of england) that allow you to go into 2nd yr of degree in any computer course with only 100 credits rather than the full 120 credits. If any one knows of any uni’s in midlands or north,or if not these areas then anywhere in England.

Jazak Allah Khair.

wal kum salaam

Any1 know of any such uni's?????? time is running out!!!!!!!

Clubber Lang i'm sorry i wish i could help you out, but i know nothing about universities in the UK. i am moving this thread to the C&A forum incase someone there is more helpful and knowledgeable Insha'Allah.

You may have to do a search on the web for schools in the midlands and then email them directly to see what is allowed and what isnt.

Someone mentioned manchester metropolitan uni, problem is thats the uni i'm at (well i was) u think man met would let u carry on with 100 credits but u hav to pass every SINGLE module at man met.

Still no idea's guppies?
man i'm running out of time

Still no replies

Dunno
maybe
http://www.prospects.ac.uk can help?

It might be an idea to talk to your tutors. See if its possible to re-take the modules you didn't pass if they let you proceed to the second year. Otherwise there is no harm in re-taking the first year altogther to achieve your degree course. Other uni's are less likely to take you into the second year than your existing college/uni.

Having said that, I believe www.greenwich-college.ac.uk have a two year BSc (Hons) integrated programme in Bus. Management & IT but I'm not sure whether coming from your end it would be the course you'd want. Again, best bet is to work it out with your tutors and uni.

G'luck.

Dont worry the khalifah will setup a 2 year university/college for you exclusively...

Buckinghamshire's Uni - try that one.

No decent place would, or they'll move you to an Ordinary Degree-that happened to a kid at the uni I'm at (just started)-he wasnt considered able enough.
