from USA? i know to call ptc its 011-92-21, but how to call a cell phone in Karachi?

thx, i tried googling but couldn’t find an answer.

Take the 0 out from area code and dial the rest. For example, The area code for Jazz Mobilink will be 300 or 301 after 92 (instead of 0300 or 0301). So it'll be like 01192300........

remove karaci code(21)

dail 011-92-300(or what ever cell no is no 21)

its 011-92-300 or 333 or 301 or 304 (depending on which service they had)
