i often do not eat in morning which i would like to change:o !! …have tried it many times.. …

it seems like other then water i cant swallow e n thing aur agar kuch kha bi loon to woh bahir a jata hai .. khana to door muje khanai ki khushbu bi subha a jai to sar ko chakker anai lagtai hain :bummer:…ma throats feels narrow/closed and i have realy bad taste in ma mouth:(…

as all of u know lunch is da importantst meal of da day esp when 1 is also gion to gym…:clown:

I have a hard time eating breakfast too, partly because I'm in a rush, and partly because I don't want anything breakfasty. But then I get really hungry by 9:30. So lately I've started to take the Greek strained Fage yogurt with fruit and I add granola to it. It's yummy and easy!

**:)…doctors say Fresh Fruit is the best breakfast food, because fruit should be eaten on an empty stomach always…

Hussain I think it's normal. I can't eat anything in the morning too warna vomitting hoti hai. As long as you eat otherwise, you should be fine :)

i think breakfast is the most important meal of the day...try getting up a little bit earlier and give urself some time before you eat something in the morning...or just drink a glass of milk if you cant eat anything solid

I never used to eat breakfast until I read this book: “the healthy way”

have not skipped since then ( over a year now)

It is recommended you eat something within ** an hour ** of waking up…otherwise your metobolism won’t get a kickstart and you will probbably eat more.

There is also apparently a link between diabetes and skipping breakfast. Best to be safe!
