so if this is all a test, will the sinners get another chance to prove themselves? Will there be another life after this one? What will we do in heaven/hell for the rest of eternity? We dont believe in reincarnation, BUT, since Allah is Al Rahim Al Rehman, he won’t let the sinners burn forever, will he?

All people will go to the lowest heaven after completion of punishment exept the ignorant, atheists and people who asigned partners to Allah.
It is the best time to ask for forgiveness now because we will not have a chance to do this when the angels of death (moat kay farishtay) will approach us... and as you know, we dont know how long we will live.
Note this also:
"On the Day of Judgement, a person's Record of Deeds will be brought to him open, (he will read it) and then say; '0 my Lord, in the world I did so-and-so good deed, but these are not in it.'
Allah SWT will answer: ' Due to backbiting, these have been erased from your Record of Deeds." (Targheebo Tarheeb)}}
Use your good health now before bad health and times when you'll be too weak to pray etc.
Also note that we will be punished in our grave and we will be shown our future state in the grave, day and night.

You are assuming that you are not given several chances (your entire life) in this life.
Blushing and Aishaa, hell is eternal. Blushing I don't know where you got the idea that after 'completing punishment' one will go to lower heaven. Please look at the following verses, pay attention to the first one Blushing:
[3:24] This is because they said, "The hellfire will not touch us, except for a few days." They were thus deceived in their religion by their own fabrications.
[13:5]
If you ever wonder, the real wonder is their saying: "After we turn into dust, do we get recreated anew?" These are the ones who have disbelieved in their Lord. These are the ones who have incurred shackles around their necks. These are the ones who have incurred Hell, wherein they ABIDE FOREVER.
[16:29]
Therefore, enter the gates of Hell, wherein you ABIDE FOREVER. What a miserable destiny for the arrogant ones.
[21:99]
If those were gods, they would not have ended up in Hell. All its inhabitants ABIDE in it FOREVER.

Neither their money, nor their children will help them against GOD. They have incurred the hellfire, wherein they ABIDE FOREVER.

The destiny for both of them is the Hellfire, wherein they ABIDE FOREVER. This is the requital for the transgressors.

Munni, this lifetime is very limited, and frankly, this lifetime is a game. But at the same time I believe that Allah who is the most MERCIFUL will give us another chance even though we ARE condemned to hell for rest of eternity. Time is infinite, it means everything yet at the same time, really means nothing. But how will our time be after this lifetime, how long will we stay whereever we are destined to go, how LONG is forever for?
Aishaaa, I'm not sure what part of the above verses were not clear to you. Eternity means forever, no change, that's how it will be.
