Hell is Waiting For U...

salamz broz n sis
…i found dis realy kool poem…thut it;d be nice to share it…it reflects alot of our daily life…a bit long..but itz worth readin…

feel free to post any poems u have

I went into my classroom,
Ready for another year at school,
I didn’t want the work,
Just wanted to hang and be cool.
I had on new clothes,
New sneaks on my feet,
I was there for class on time,
Went to the back and took my seat.
Yeah, I’m moving up,
I’m already grown,
Soon I’ll be graduating;
and out on my own.
I talked to some of my friends,
We were all having fun,
Said some things I shouldn’t have said,
Did stuff I shouldn’t have done.
I knew I was different,
I felt God touch my heart,
I knew I should set a standard,
But then I’d be set apart.
Walking to the bus,
I was not looking for strength,
I heard the car tires screeching,
But now it’s too late.
I’m standing in this room;
and I can see the heavenly gate,
Oh no! I never prayed,
I thought I had time to get it straight.
An angel walked to me,
He had a book in his hand,
I knew it was the Book of Life,
When would this dream end?
I told him my name
and he began to look,
then he looked at me sadly and said,
‘Your name is not in this book.’
‘Angel, this is a dream,
No, I can’t be dead!’
He closed the book and turned away,
He whispered, ‘You cannot proceed ahead.’
‘No…no this can’t be real,
Angel, you can’t turn me away,
Let me talk to God,
Maybe he’ll let me stay.’
He led me to the gate,
Allah came to me,
He did not let me in but said,
‘Beloved what is your need?’
‘Allah,’ I cried, ‘Please,’
‘Don’t cast me away from you.’
Tears ran down his face as he said,
‘You knew what you needed to do.’
‘Lord, please I’m young,
I never thought I would die,
I thought I’d have plenty of time,
Death caught me by surprise.
Lord, I went to mosque,
Please Allah, I believe.’
He said, ‘You would not accept me,
My love you would not receive.’
'Lord, there were too many hypocrites,
they weren’t being true,
He took a step back and asked,
‘What does that have to do with you?’
‘Lord, my family claimed to be saved,
They weren’t real, you know’
He said, ‘I’m done with you,’
‘Now I have to go.’
I fell to my knees crying to him,
‘Lord, I planned to be real tomorrow.’
I couldn’t make Him understand,
I had never felt such sorrow.
Then it hit me hard, I said,
‘Lord, where will I go?’
He looked into my eyes and said,
‘My child you already know.’
‘Please Allah,’ I begged,
‘The place is so hot,’
It seemed to trouble and grieve him,
He whispered, ‘Depart from Me, I know you not.’
‘Lord, you’re supposed to be love,
How can you send me to d**nation?’
He replied, ‘With your mouth you said you loved me,
But each day you rejected my salvation.’
With that in an instant,
Day turned into night,
I never knew such torture could be,
Now too late, I know the Quran is right.
If I can tell you anything,
Hell has no age,
It is a place of torture,
Separated from God and full of rage.
You know, I thought it was funny - a joke,
But this one thing is true,
If you never accept Allah
Hell is waiting for you

Re: Hell is Waiting For U…

O Ms. Bachi (Piyari Piyari),

Hell awaits those who commit forgery, cut and paste other’s work and don’t give credit to the author. Just kidding. I don’t send people to Hell, only Mullahs do.

You copied the whole poem, and shamelessly replaced Jesus with Allah? Bad very Bad!

Here is one of the Christian sites where you can find the original.

It is about time we quit scaring the heck out of people, all in the name of religion. MAToo terrorists are already doing a good job of beheading and sending people to Hell. Why would you be like them?

Khuda Hafiz

^ :D @ antiobl.
I hate it when people try to scare someone in to believing stuff. It only makes people repel away from the religion. I mean how would you like to follow a religion in which every little mistake of yours can result in eternity burning in the fires of hell???

Re: Re: Hell is Waiting For U…

yeah you should be selling Rus Gullas :halo:

MAToos are not capable of original thinking so they have to cut and paste from other sites.

On a serious note, the poem clearly is based on "being saved" and a very Christian concept of God and hell.

You would know, had you read Bible, and understood Christian theology.

BABY ITZ ALL GOOD!

What do you see when you look at me
Do you see someone limited, or someone free
All some people can do is just look and stare
Simply because they can't see my hair
Others think I am controlled and uneducated
They think that I am limited and un-liberated
They are so thankful that they are not me
Because they would like to remain 'free'

Well free isn't exactly the word I would've used
Describing women who are cheated on and abused
They think that I do not have opinions or voice
They think that being hooded isn't my choice
They think that the hood makes me look caged
That my husband or dad is totally outraged
All they can do is look at me in fear
And in my eye there is a tear

Not because I have been stared at or made fun of
But because people are ignoring the One up above
On the Day of Judgment they will be the fools
Because they were too ashamed to play by their own rules
Maybe the guys won't think I am a cutie
But at least I am filled with more inner beauty
See I have declined from being a guy's toy
Because I won't let myself be controlled by a boy

Real men are able to appreciate my mind
And aren't busy looking at my behind
Hooded girls are the ones really helping the Muslim cause
The role that we play definitely deserves applause
I will be recognized because I am smart and bright
And because some people are inspired by my sight
The smart ones are attracted by my tranquility
In the back of their mind they wish they were me

We have the strength to do what we think is right
Even if it means putting up a life long fight
You see we are not controlled by a mini skirt and tight shirt
We are given only respect, and never treated like dirt
So you see, we are the ones that are free and liberated
We are not the ones that are sexually terrorized and violated
We are the ones that are free and pure
We're free of STD's that have no cure

So when people ask you how you feel about the hood
Just sum it up by saying, "Baby, it's all good!"

As I said earlier, copying and pasting without original link is morally bad. In this case it is Islamically bad to steal something. If you were in Saudi Arabia, you'd be wearing Abaya and hiding your chopped hand. Remember hand chopping and stealing thingy?

yea u r so great

Assalaamu Alaikum

The following is a poem which was handed to me in a Masjid several years ago. I recently looked it up on the web to find the author. I found several but I think the author of the original is G.H.E VANKER.

OPERATION DEATH

This is a tale of an average man,
who acts contrary to Allah's plan.
If you are reflected herein,
Then repent and commit no sin.

It was early in the morning at four,
When death knocked upon a bedroom door.
"Who is there?" the sleeping one cried,
"I'm Izrail, let me in."

At once the man began to shiver
As one sweating in deadly fever.
He shouted to his sleeping wife,
"Don't let him take away my life."

"Please go away, O Angel of Death!
Leave me alone! I'm not ready yet.
My family on me depend,
Give me a chance, to back and mend!"

The Angel knocked again and again
"Friend!" I'll take your life without pain,
It is your soul that Allah requires,
I come not with my own desires."

Bewildered the man began to cry
"O Angel! I'm so afraid to die.
I'll give you gold, and be your slave,
Don't send me to the unlit grave!"

"Let me in O friend!" the Angel said,
"Open the door, get up from your bed.
If you do not allow me in,
I'll walk through it like a Jinn."

The man held a gun in his right hand,
Ready to defy the Angels stand.
"I'll point my gun towards your head,
You dare come in, I'll shoot you dead!"

By now, the Angel was in the room,
Saying, "O friend! prepare for your doom.
Foolish man Angels never die,
Put down your gun and do not sigh!"

"Why are you afraid! tell me O man,
To die according to Allah's plan?,
Come smile at me, do not be grim,
Be happy to return to Him."

"O Angel! I bow my head in shame,
I had no time to take Allahs name.
From morn till dusk, I made my wealth,
Not even caring for my health."

"Allah's commands, I never obeyed,
Nor five times a day, I ever prayed.
A ramadan came and a ramadan went,
But no time had I to repent."

"The Hajj was also Fard on me,
But I would not part with my money.
All charities I did ignore,
Taking usury more and more."

"Sometimes I sipped my favourite wine,
With flirting women I sat to dine.
O Angel! I appeal to you,
Spare my life for a year or two."

"The laws of Quran I will obey,
I'll begin salat, this very day.
My fast and Hajj, I will complete,
And keep away from self-conceit."

"I will refrain from interest,
And give my wealth to charity.
Wine and wenches I will detest,
Allah's Oneness I will attest."

But the Angel replied,

"We Angels do what Allah demands,
We cannot go against His commands.
Death is ordained for everyone,
Father, mother, daughter or son."

"I'm afraid this moment is your last,
Now be reminded more of your past.
I do understand your fears,
But it is now too late for tears."

"You lived in this world, two score or more,
Never did you, your people adore.
Your parents, you did not obey,
Hungry beggars, you turned away."

"Your two ill-gotten, female offspring,
In nightclubs for livelihood they sing.
Instead of making more muslims,
You made your children non-muslims."

"You ignored the Muezzin's Azaan,
Nor did you read the Holy Quran.
Breaking promises all your life,
Backbiting friends and causing strife."

"From hoarded goods great profits you made,
And your poor workers you underpaid.
Horses and cards were your leisure,
Money making was your pleasure."

"You ate vitamins and grew more fat,
With the very sick you never sat.
A pint of blood, you never gave,
Which could a little baby save."

"O human, you have done enough wrong,
You bought good properties for a song.
When the farmers appealed to you,
You did not have mercy, this is true."

"Paradise for you? I cannot tell,
Undoubtedly you will dwell in Hell.
Theres no time for you to repent,
I'll take your soul, for which I'm sent."

The ending, however, is very sad.
Eventually, the man became mad.
With a cry, he jumped out of bed,
And suddenly, he fell down dead.

O congregation, take a moral from here,
Never know, your end may be near.
Change your living and make amends,
For heaven on your deeds depends.

This poem is woven around the following Quranic verse:

"Wherever you are,
Death will find you out,
Even if you are in towers,
built up strong and high!" [4:78]

Kool bhai jaan, have you ever read Sura Asr with translation? I will suggest that you read that decide for yourself if Allah himself warns you of destruction mankind is destined if we dont change our ways. I know its fashionable here at GS to label people Mullahs and Matoos and make fun of them, but, for one moment stop and think if your actions are going to achieve any thing remotely constructive.

Antibol, can you clarify what exactly is "matoo"?

"Hell is Waiting For You"
Thats the title of the post. I haven't read sura-asr translated in english but from my somewhat limited knowledge of arabic, im sure it transltes into "Afternoon".

Kool bhaijaan, after this ^^ reply, I am speechless. Honestly I dont know what to say, other than that no, it does not mean afternoon. I will recommend you read the english translation at least.

It has nothing to do with this poem, it just warns mankind of destruction they are facing if they do not perform certain deeds. Of course those deeds are listed in the Sura.
