Anyways...
go to any indian/paki store.
Ask for haleem quick mix (I believe that's the name).
Buy it, bring it home, follow the directions on the box.
It's the easiest thing in the world. I just made it the other day.
Better yet.. go to a desi restaurant and just order it so you can eat a good quality haleem before embarking on your own haleem-making adventure..
I've never had it either but the way everyone talks about it, it sounds yummy.
