HEELS and sore feet!

Gel insoles are great, soak u’re feet in warm water and bath salts when you get home! I love heels too, by calves ache though by the end of the day to prevent callouses get regular pedicures and slather-on a rich foot cream before you go to bed.

thanks for the advice gina. I do use this foot cream and scrub every other or every night. I try to get pedicures two times a month. Ill try the bath salts. lets see.
