Heel pain

I have this one…and trust me it is NOT good…I have it on both my feet…I got it coz my work always requires me to walk a lot…and the dress code was with HEELS!!!

I remember at one point I could not walk at all…I could not feel my feet any more..I had to go for therapy, and acupuncture as nothing else was working…after that time..I wear an ankle guard when I feel its acting up again…but it never really goes away completely.

I dnt wear heels unless it is ABSOLUTELY necessary..specially if the floors are tiled, and marbled…marbles is the worst coz of the cold too..

Sorry that you had to go through this.

There is a saying " something is so painful or nagging like the achilis tendon" just because this disease is so painful for people.

Yes hard floors can be very bad.

Try not to get hooked in to injections.
