Ok I was bored so I took two Arabic words and used the corresponding Hebrew alphabet letters to try and transliterate them in Hebrew script, now I can’t read Hebrew but I’m assuming it’s read in the same way as Arabic seen as they are both related Semitic languages, though one thing I don’t know is whether they join letters together or not like we do in Arabic.
I was wondering if anyone on here who could read Hebrew, could pronounce my transliterations so that I know if I got my two words right or not.
Bro what have I said that's so offensive? It's hard to try and convey my tone of voice in writing but I didn't mean to be harsh, it was meant in a joking way so chill, sorry if you were offended. smile
Ok seen as nobody has replied I’ll tell you what I wrote, top one is the Hebrew letters for Aliph, Laam, Laam, Hay = Allaah (I later realised the Arabic word has a diacritic mark above the L’s so that they are pronounced long which I possibly could not do in the Hebrew one so I probably spelt something completely different anyway).
The second word is meant to say Meem Haa Meem Daal (Mohamad) :saw:.
