i am gona share some beautiful pics of my city and other parts of kashmir … feel free to share urs if u have any
i miss those beautiful mountains, waterfall, those chinar trees that were the symbol that we entered kashmir…
i still remember when i use to travel from islamabad to kashmir wid my parents for vacation… me and my sis use to wait for chinar trees and pink mosques… as soon as we spot chinar trees or pink mosques we would know … we entered into kashmir

Banjosa Lake
It is Situated 20 kilometers from Rawalakot, at an altitude of 1981 meters. Its scenic beauty and impressive surrounding is compelling and attracts tourists to reach here to enjoy the nature for a possible comeback. Amidst the captivating beauty of Banjosa the artificial lake reflects the dense forest standing along the surrounding of of the resting calm waters of Banjosa lake.
Banjosa is one of our family vacation places, every summer all our aunts, uncles, cousins, parents and siblings would get togehter at our grandma’s house and we would rent a big van and go to this place. We would rent couple of these rest areas and spend a whole day there. Pictures are not doing justice to this place.

kashmir's landscap is best for trekking, rock climbing, camping and hikking.... just to name few.... u can consider Bagh, Banjosa, Hajiran, Tattapani, Sudhan Gali, thrarkhal
if you have been to kashmir.... i am sure u would know what kinda opportunities there are for you :)

If you spotted these nice and cheerful colour mosques…you know you are in kashmir…
Through out kashmir i have seen so many of these pink colour mosques… even in small villages where you can easily count the houses while passing by…
While travelig from Islamabad to kashmir… as soon as you enter kashmir you’ll see these pink mosques
This is a very small mosque as you can see in the pic, just for the people of the village…

its exactly the same architecture of Faisal Mosque that you would see in Islamabad jst not that huge ....
