I have never had an American wife, or a Pakistani salary either... it's JUST A JOKE!!
I'm sure Chinese homes are lovely (though I’ve heard they're really small and crowded!), American wives are righteous, British food is delicious, and for SOME the Pakistani salary is vast.... but again, its JUST A JOKE!!
