Re: Heating Air Conditioning

I have a question:(

what should one do when your fat cat get stuck in a duct?

Re: Heating Air Conditioning

you need to have your ducts cleaned emm. even I can answer that.

Furqan....my furnace runs fine for several hours.....then we notice that the air in the vents is cold.......we reboot the furnace (i.e. turn it off and then on again) and it blows hot air.

Please advise.....

Re: Heating Air Conditioning

Ok so I can clean the duct (how?) but then what about my fat cat? :(

Re: Heating Air Conditioning

Does the cold air usually come a minute or two before when the furnace is about to turn off? I believe, u gotta get ur furnace cleaned, i remember u telling me that u had some work done in the basement. All dat debri and dust probably accumulated on the heating elements in the furnace. This could be be the reason why its like dat, but i would really have to look at it 2 tell u exactly whats wrong.

Evil: Try lubricating the ducts with oil lol… nah, its easy, most ducts are made of tiny sheet of aluminimum. Cut the ducts out…call firefighter :stuck_out_tongue:

Re: Heating Air Conditioning

After a few days without food, it won’t be a fat cat anymore. Then it can just pop right out. :bobo:

Some problems resolve themselves if you don’t do anything about them :smooth:

Re: Heating Air Conditioning

:rotfl:

Re: Heating Air Conditioning

Furqi: y should I call the firefighters when I know you are available to help me get my cat out :stuck_out_tongue:

Maddy: SHUSH!:snooty:

One more question furqi, so you have some special kind of machine that would help clean the duct??

Re: Heating Air Conditioning

Yeah, we have all sorts of machines to reach those big ducts to the small size ducts! :stuck_out_tongue: …so when are u planning to throw a cat in your duct?

Re: Heating Air Conditioning

furqi I am not gonna throw my cat in a duct...all i have to do is show ur pic :p

so have any catosuction machine :D?

Re: Heating Air Conditioning

Q mera acha bhala thred ko flood kar rahi hoh baykaar mein :stuck_out_tongue:
i dont have a catosuction but i do have a evilosuction machine

Re: Heating Air Conditioning

I NEVER go anywhere without a catosuction machine. You never know when you’ll meet a cat that needs to be put away somewhere where it can’t bother me!

Re: Heating Air Conditioning

**Furqi:**Mainey kabb flood kiya hai idher :frowning:
Just asking the related questions to your thread…yeah they r not as serious as they r suppose to be
HAHAHAH @ evilosuction…ull get mouN maanga inaam if you r successful enough to suck the evil out :stuck_out_tongue:

**Maddyy **:rotfl: Good One :k:

Furqi see my cat IS stuck in a duct :teary1: and maddy she is after few days but STILL stuck :crying:

Re: Heating Air Conditioning

awwwwww it looks so cute in the duct .....umm lets leave it in there :p

Re: Heating Air Conditioning

Furqi what kind a professional duct cleaner or dust terminator r u :bailan:

Ok one more thing, what about window air conditioners? I know in north america we have central system but ahumm u know where I live we have window ACs

Tell me why does the water leak from there and what should one do about it? :halo:

Re: Heating Air Conditioning

Warm air holds more water than cool air. As air is cooled down to be pumped into your pind… errr… room, water condenses out.

I recommend you get some rubber tubing, a bucket. And a chicken. A chicken never hurts. Unless it has bird flu.

Re: Heating Air Conditioning

LOLOL :rotfl: hahahahahaha

Oh hey guess what! My dad is a mechanical engineer and he started a small business (specializing in heating and air conditioning)! You guys can be, like, TWINS! :phati:

P.S. Good luck with your future. :salute:

Re: Heating Air Conditioning

Daayyuummm this thread look like a cafe’s thread …I did pretty good job, didnt I :smokin:?

Well, Maddy thankyou for explaining me that BUT I was asking Furqi :stuck_out_tongue:

Re: Heating Air Conditioning

maddy explained it well… its basically the water that condense off your evaporator coils and drains through a rubber tubing, which i hope you have installed properly. Most of the time the tube gets clogged and the water starts dripping inside your home which can cause damage to various things.

Phati: thats cool, send him 2 da next toronto guppy meet!

Re: Heating Air Conditioning

I sure know how THAT works now:grumpy:

ok next question: why does when you turn ur AC on, you get warm air instead of cold air? What causes it?:halo:
