At least 50 people died Monday in a series of bombings and ambushes in Iraq, police and the military said. Among the dead were two members of a CBS News crew, who were killed when a bomb ripped through the U.S. military convoy in central Baghdad. One U.S. soldier and an Iraqi translator also died in that attack.
Curfew in Kabul after deadly riot

The Afghan government has imposed an overnight curfew in Kabul, following violent anti-US protests - the biggest since the fall of the Taleban in 2001. The riots began after a US military vehicle crashed into 12 cars in the Afghan capital, killing several people.
