Allah may help your family Amin. why not you try this InshAllah your father will not need any surgery:
Take 1. lemon juice 2. ginger juice 3. pure apple cider vinegar 3. garlic juice...all equal in qty. put them together on low flame until one part evaporate . let it cool....add equal part of honey for example you made 1cup+1cup+1cup+1cup after heat it become 3cups so add 3cups honey. let him take two tablespoon at 1st early in the morning and drink half cup lukewarm water..you can see the results with in week.
