Is it possible to do hearing screening on newborn bays in Pakistan.

it may not be practise but pretty sure its possible on request from Paediatric/ ENT specialists.

Yes its done at almost every good hospital in Pakistan but isn't a routine procedure. If ur ped suspects something might be wrong with the baby, the baby is formally screened or if the parents ask for it.
