what healthier to walk before you eat or after?
Sorry for the vague answer.......but it depends on what you've eaten, how much you've eaten, how far and how briskly you want to walk.
But generally speaking most people would walk before eating because it increases your metabolism and therefore you're more likely to burn off your food afterwards and also because doing any exercise on a full stomache can cause a stitch - not to mention the fact that you'll probably feel too lethargic and full after eating to want to do any exercise anyway.
Before or after is fine but not while you are eating.
I (if at all) walk after I eat and it has done nothing for me except a couple of untimely burps.
I take a walkduring my lunch hour... just to freshen up a bit..
so I dont really eat anything heavy maybe a salad and some grilled meat..
and the walk is usually about 30 minutes... does that help shireen?
Well that's a very light meal so you should be fine walking after that. Careful crossing those roads.
