take a whole chicken, put shan masala (tandoori etc) on it and out it in oven @ 420 for 90 min

i don't know ... maybe it rises from the chicken or whatever. Thats the only chicken I know how to make

I think I should just grab some chicken and throw it in a pot with some black pepper and salt and lemon juice. That’s what I can think about now ![]()

hi nightingale,i'm not sure about exact measurements cause i usually do things "andazay se"... but here is what you can do, marinate chicken(whole or cut into pieces, whatever is convenient) with 1,salt 2, black pepper 3, ginger/garlic paste 4, vinegar/lemon juice 5, olive oil 6,Oregano(v little). Make a marinade and apply on the chicken well. keep it aside for 1/2 hr, and then cook in the steamer. hope that helps. =)
