yoghurt covered sultanas, dried fruits, sesame snaps, watermelon juice

get yourself some chocolate nibs. mix them in oatmeal. have half a cup of said mixture. healthy as can get.

** 1)** No Bake Peppermint Patty Bars II Naturally Sweetened With Dates

** 2) Peanut Butter and Chocolate Frozen Yogurt**

Ingredients

• 1 1/2 C fat-free evaporated milk, chilled
• 1 1/2 C plain non-fat yogurt
• 1/3 C no-stir natural peanut butter
• 1/4 C unsweetened cocoa powder
• 3 tbsp fat-free sweetened condensed milk, chilled
• 1/4 C granulated sugar substitute or brown sugar
• 1 tsp vanilla extract
• 1/8 tsp salt
• 1/4 C each chocolate chips and peanut butter chips

Directions

  1. Place all ingredients except the chocolate and peanut butter chips into either a blender or a stand mixer with a whisk attachment. Blend until smooth.
  2. Pour mixture into ice cream maker. Churn for 25 or until mixture thickens into frozen yogurt texture. Add chocolate and peanut butter chips and churn for another 5-10 minutes. (If you prefer harder frozen yogurt, you may want to transfer yogurt to a freezer safe container and freeze for a couple of hours.)

peel, chop, and freeze one or two very ripe bananas, put in the blender with a spoon or two of cocoa powder and a spoonful of peanut butter/ almond butter. Process until smooth and creamy!

if you dont want to make so much of an effort of making these things you can simply eat some sweet fruits for a sweet craving like bananas, dates. and pair them with a few bites of dark chocolate for chocolate craving (easier than making chocolate dipped bananas/strawberries/dates etc) just take a bite of the fruit and a small nibble of the chocolate :smiley: yummm
but make sure you’re not eating more chocolate than fruit :stuck_out_tongue:

If you don’t eat tons of chocolate 24/7, then I would suggets you just have some chocolate.
