What are some “healthy snacks” you guys have?
I like to eat while studying and the carbs and stuff really tire me out and make me sleepy. It’s starting to make me sick (not literally, just looking at them.)
Dont say cofffee, it (caffeine) makes me super sleepy and I feel really weird.
Whenever I go to buy stuff from a local place I see little that’s just light and refreshing:( But, because I am hungry I buy the gross stuff and I hate it and then I get sleepy.
You get the poinnnnt. so tell.

Cut a lemon…squeeze juice (of whole lemon) in glass. Add about 3 teaspoons of sugar. A teaspoon of salt. And stir. Then slowly fill the glass with water a little at a time…and continue stirring. Do a taste check and adjust sugar/salt if needed.
Re: Healthy Snacks
You tagged me…
Lemonade eh… this is one i posted a while back on GS:
This is the one that i usually follow, it’s a Spanish recipe… sometimes i use one lemon and one lime, but the most important thing is that you blend them whole !
Ingredients:
2 limes or lemons, quartered and any seeds removed
8 cups of cold water
Approximately ½ cup of sugar, more or less based on your preference
Ice cubes as desired
Preparation:
Place the quartered limes or lemons in the blender with 4 cups of water and sugar.
Blend until the limes or lemon is completely pulverized, the mixture should be slightly foamy with a whitish color.
Strain the lemonade and add the remaining 4 cups of water.
Serve with or without ice based on individual preference.
