:smack: Chips are never healthy unless they are made of whole wheat, veggies (Potato does not count), quinoa etc. and not fried.

Hummous .. Get a ready tin can of boiled chick peas. Put that in the blender along with two to three tablespoons of Tahinna ( sesame paste ) .. a few bits of garlic are optional. Salt to taste .. blend into a fine paste. Add water if paste turns too thick.

Add sesame oil or olive oil on top of this and serve with a toasted pita .. Super awesome dish is ready !

Cold soups.

You can find recipes online…such as cucumber soup, etc…of soups where n cooking is involved.

Protein Smoothies: 1/2 cup to to 1 cup frozen fruit without any added sugar, 1 cup baby spinach (this only makes the smoothie green, otherwise you can’t taste spinach at all in the smoothie) 1/2 cup to 1 cup almond milk, 1 scoop protein powder. Blend it all & enjoy.

Sandwiches made out of cold cuts. Watch for the kind of meat though. Some red meats are extremely high in fat & sodium. Turkey Breast is a good choice.
