This past year, I have noticed that my kids have been healthier (masha’Allah), less colds and allergies, fewer sick days, shorter recovery time…
Here are some things I changed:
More sleep
More physicial exercise, especially outdoors
More consumption of fruits and vegetables
Multivitamin
Better handwashing routines
Please share some habits you have at home that gear kids toward a healthier lifestyle.
:k: Good to hear that Niksik.
For myself…well I’m trying to reduce the amount of time I’m spending these days on internet.

No more than 1 hour of TV per day.
Activities to stimulate their brains.
Well atleast i wish i could make these changes with my nephews and neices, but their moms have other ideas.

Re: Healthy kids
Doing good alhamdulillah :)
Of the things you have listed above that made your kids healthier, don't ever give up on the vegetables. Make sure they have lots of greens everyday, especially celery (raw) and broccoli (2 minute microwaved). I have always loved these two but have only recently started to really appreciate their benefits.
