Calcium rich foods. You can take calcium supplements available in different flavours.
Foods include:
Milk,
Sardines in oil (with bones)
Canned salmon (with bones)
Broccoli
Soybean curd (tofu)
Turnip greens
Kale
Corn bread
Eggs
Calcium-fortified food (bread, cereals, fruit juices)
American/Swiss cheese
cottage cheese
yoghurt
powdered non fat milk

there are way too many to mention....most are pretty obvious.
I just discovered Cottage Cheese :D
it is loaded with protein (14 grams of protein for only 1/2 cup) and calcium. So for those looking to add more protein to their diet....cottage cheese is excellent. :D

Any food or drink that contains calcium.Green leafy veggies,meat,and dairy products are a good source of calcium.
