have you tried fresh fruit. peices of crunchy veg ie carrots etc with yogurt dip
Cous Cous salad (pour hot water over the dry cous cous , leave 5 mins) and then add chopped tomato ,cucumber,onion, sweetcorn lemon juice ,salt pepper , sweetcorn ,peppers cougettes(raw) parsley coriander or mint
you dont have to add all the veg just what you have
