They all look pretty nutrious, darn too bad i hate vegies and sea food. ( I just cant eat any vegie if its not charcoaled :halo: )I might like um, if u send me some here. Lus how long did it take u to cook those.

lol.. you can have it all :D, you can also subsitute sea food with chicken/mutton. It took me like 15-20 mins.
