What kind of cereal? Make sure the sugar content isn't highlike those really sweet cerals such as cocoa puffs and cinnamon toast crunch ( i love those by the way but they are loaded with sugar). There are many healthy cereals out there.

Eggs are good (boiled ones)but you shouldn't have the yolk everyday because of all the cholestrol. You shouldn't have more than 3 yolks per week.
