What kind of cereal? Make sure the sugar content isn't highlike those really sweet cerals such as cocoa puffs and cinnamon toast crunch ( i love those by the way but they are loaded with sugar). There are many healthy cereals out there.
Eggs are good (boiled ones)but you shouldn't have the yolk everyday because of all the cholestrol. You shouldn't have more than 3 yolks per week.

I dont eat eggs in the morning usually. sometimes boiled eggs.

Not me- but some people like cottage cheese with some fruit, its really healthy and loaded with protein and from what I noticed it usually keeps them going till about lunch time

well i eats eggs, a whole egg at that. If i'm extra hungry a whole egg plus one egg white. Studies show that people who eat eggs eat less throughout the day. Also yolk has important vitamins(and the way I see it anything Allah miyan has made is good in moderation) so eating a whole egg everyday is not bad.
