I’ve been lacking a lot lately, and gaining a lot of weight and not eating right.I also sleep at anytime of the day, like at 5 pm and then i wake up by my alarm at 6am, and then i have school. Can you give me like a daily routine to be healthier?

The calories you consume must match your body-mass index. Exercise regularly, preferably in the morning and just after eating. Eat healthy foods that will cut down fats. Green and leafy vegetables are extremely vital for your health. Drink plenty of water too.
I think it's best if you get a dietitian to plan out your diet for you.
