Have you ever faced any Health & Safety Issues at your Work Place? If so what kind of? And how it affected you or someone you know? Please identify the root cause and solution to rectify the problem.

there have been issues ranging from poor drinking water quality to handicap accessibility in workplaces that I have been at in the past. Nothing of a critical nature. I would suggest looking into OSHA resources to get more information on these.
The workplace hazrads vary greatly based on the type of work and facilities i.e. a factory is different than a warehouse which is different than an office setting.

Mr. Fraudia,
Thank you very much for a serious reply, myself and the rest of the committee members at my workplace are looking very seriously into Barrier Free Access and quality of drinking water. For this sake we have installed filters and refg. units all over the place and defined standards for spacing of cubicles and workstations.
My biggest concern is the dead batteries. We are trying to find out how other companies and their staff members are dealing with this situation.
Thanks again for pointing towards OSHA. We looking more from the prespective of office environment than factory or warehouse.
