Hi people, hope you are doing great. I am seeing a lot of people getting confused and asking the same questions. Just a little information for these seekers :
- For loosing weight / fat without muscle
- This is the most difficult task one can challenge himself with. All people can loose weight by starving (dieting), overtraining and other harmful methods. Target fat by doing Cardios like rope jumping, long jogging, cycling, swimming etc. This wont only wipe off your calories but also speed up metabolism. Eradicate all oily and fast foods stuffs from your food habits. Improve your lifestyle, dont sleep less than 6 hours and more than 9 hours.
- For increasing weight with muscle
- Luck one you, say hello to all fatty / junky stuffs in the beggining. Take heavy breakfast and Lunch. Make a habit of taking semi-meal between 2 big meals. Dont increase your sugar intake and be careful with saturated fat too. Dinner should be light enough to bring a sound sleep to you and your metabolism.
- For muslce only
- High protein diet is not only the solution, a balanced diet with good protein, cabs and halthy fatty acids is the key. Your fibres need a lot of aminos to rebuild themselves after a great workout. Your workout shouldnt be rigid (like the same for the last 2 years), understand your strong and weak body parts and concentrate accordingly.
- Just being healthy
- Mediocre sugar use
- Reasonable water intake
- Not letting junks control your meals
- 20 mins cardios daily
- Sound sleep of 8 hours
- Avoid too much smoke / alchohol
