High premium, low detectable plan is what I have for my family through my employer. It works for us because of family of four that included two kids.
If you are single, and generally healthy with a healthy life style, then I would suggest a low premium, high deductible plan for you

High deductible w/ HSA ... which has rollover and a company match.. contribute just enough to cover the deductible.
