healing...

what natural food groups that help in healing? i know onion is one . . . GARLIC suppose to be another one, but i cant have garlic…

any fruits that help in healing? milk basically helps in strengthening the bones, not in the healing

i’m pretty much having brown bread, two eggs with like regular mirch masaala, with ONE FULL onion in those two eggs, large cup of tea (doodh patti really) for breakfast..

then protein-rich lunch.. then something with bread in 2 hours, a grilled chicken + lettuce meal, another grilled chicken+lettuce meal, then something light before breakfast, and then same type of breakfast again ..

yet, healing isnt going the way its suppose to.. its taking like 4+ days. i wanna bring it down to a day (yeah rite) .. or two .. (possibility with proper food)

Re: healing...

Okay now, you might not agree to this but I have heard (HEARD not experimented) that desi ghee has really some powerfull healing taseer.

That's why the desi women eat a lot of desi ghee after delivery :p

Re: healing…

 i almost forgot about desi ghee..

but my body cant get ghee properly digested.. i need something among non-ghee/oil form..

what about lehsan? :hmmm:

Re: healing...

umm dont know about lehsan.. but try Haldi.

Re: healing...

haldi? hmmmmmmmm..

i thought haldi is only used for taste, essence and color?

Re: healing...

Nope its the best known natural antibiotic...
try karnay main kia harj hai

Re: healing...

kafi harj hay ... i dont wanna keep the same healing rate or lose time .. i wanna accelerate the healing..

so far, the onions, yogurt and eggs are proven to be very fast in healing .. eggs are REALLY warm though .. and its summer time .. so wanna try something thats a lil proven ..

googled around, but either i'm not putting proper keywords in .. or its reporting medicine/weird things like exercises

Re: healing...

Yes, haldi in warm milk is supposed to have great healing powers. My mom made me drink it when I got into a car accident. It is not fun to drink though.

My roommate says that hara dhania apparently purifies your blood. I dont really know what she means by purifying blood.

btw, what kind of healing are you looking for anyways?

Re: healing…

YOu can add this up to your diet, maybe it works :hmmm:
You can marinate the chicken in Haldi.

Re: healing…

muscular and bleeding

yes, hara dhaniya and ‘shaafi’ purifies blood.. what that means is that it increases the red blood cells, CLEANS the existing blood by removing the waste it collected on its way (from veins) and makes it available for arteries (red blood vs blue/green)

sadaf: marinating with yogurt is something that worked for me .. maybe i can do some test runs with yogurt and haldi .. will look aweful though :hmmm:

Re: healing…

Dont worry about the color it’ll be khatta peela colored chicken.

Re: healing...

i heard hara dhania is Not good for males
you are right about haldi in warm milk... it is good for pain and bones

Re: healing...

Try neela thotha with slajeet... :D

Re: healing...

Haldi in a warm glass of milk is supposed to be good for healing. I have heard folks give it to ppl who have been hurt or injured. Never personally tried it though. Also supposedly haldi paste put on bruises etc is supposed to help too. Dont hold me accountable though, these are not personal experiences :D

Re: healing…
