when your eyes weaken, you'll get more headaches - I take myself to the eye doctor and find out that my perscription has increased. I'm now at -7.00 in each eye.
Take yourself to an eye doctor, just in case. And if you're perscriped to wear contacts/glasses, then wear them. By not wearing them, your number goes up as well.
