i seem to have them almost every day these days. sometimes it’s those really crazy ones where any form of light like computer or tv, etc. juz make it worst
and then there’s the ones where only half of the head hurts but usually sharp pains
now i have a couple of things in mind that might cause them
-lack of sleep or sleeping late and sometimes waking up late or early
-not eating enough
-or may be cuz i’ve stopped wearing glasses or contacts??

when your eyes weaken, you'll get more headaches - I take myself to the eye doctor and find out that my perscription has increased. I'm now at -7.00 in each eye.
Take yourself to an eye doctor, just in case. And if you're perscriped to wear contacts/glasses, then wear them. By not wearing them, your number goes up as well.

yea actually last time i went she said that one eye was teensy bit weaker than the other one but i figure it prolly has gotten worst. sigh gotta get into the habit of wearing glasses since im tired of contacts :(
